I was looking at the website of a company that makes plantation shutters not long ago. I really had no intention of following through with an order because I just like to window shop from the comfort of my own home. I like to get ideas on what will look nice, and on a rare occasion, I will go ahead and purchase something small. Well, plantation shutters are not small, but I was intrigued by them after seeing a friend’s new shutters at her house about a month ago. I could not get them out of my mind, and I wanted to see just how affordable they are.
Before I even looked at anything like the price, I was just enamored with the pictures that I saw on this website. I was amazed at how many different styles of plantation shutters there were from this company. I have unique shaped windows in some of my rooms, and I was encouraged after looking at the gallery of pictures on the shutter company’s website that they would be able to custom design shutters for me too. Once I saw the shutters, I knew that I was going to end up getting them made for my own windows.
The next part was scarier for me, because I know how much shutters can cost in the major stores around here. That is when I got my second surprise. The plantation shutters were not nearly as expensive as I thought they would be. It is actually an incredible deal on the shutters considering that there is a lifetime warranty on them. There are just not too many products anymore that will give a lifetime warranty on their product. When I calculated the cost of replacing the shutters I had even two more times, the new shutters definitely won out as far as price is concerned. I cannot wait to get this process started now that I have made up my mind!
